Job Description:

Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business supportCSS CORP is hiring for Technical support engineers.

Resolve networking,OS,Virus related issues for customers.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
