Desired Candidate Profile:

    Presentable , well groomed and able to speak to walkin  customers 
    Knowledge on computer hardware, networking & Software.
    Excellent verbal & written communication skill and fluency in English.
    Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer          delight.
    Should be technically sound.
    Self driven & goal oriented.

Purpose:
Handling front-end customer queries / issues in the store related to (Mobile, Laptop & Desktop)

Shift:

     Day Shift
Customer service / Front-end customer handling in the store.
Handling customer queries / issues in the store related to (Phone, Laptop & Desktop).
Troubleshooting of technical related issue and ensure to resolve.
