12. High Availability, configuration and operation (HADR and clustered nodes)
13. Monitoring & alerting contribution or delivery in respect to backups and breaching other operational thresholds
14. Good general IT literacy, including a good level of knowledge platform and dependent product knowledge
15. UNIX/Linux operation & administration
16. Korn shell/Perl scripting
17. Windows operation & administration
18. Windows scripting/BAT files
19. Flash Copy
20. Tivoli Storage Manager (incl Lan Free)
21. IBM Tivoli Monitoring
