Job Description:

·         Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level Set up of New ClientAccount across various geographies and various products US, Fixed Income, Equities, Options, others. Set up of Confirmations and Settlements Instructions Making single/Bulk Amendments in the existing accounts as per requests.

·         Responsible for reconciliation of data between various systems and Control Reporting

·         .Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

·         Knowledge of the securities industry recommended but not a requirement.

·         Intermediate knowledge of Excel Skills

·         Proficient Communication skills

·         Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

·         Excellent English written and communication skills

·         Proactive

·         Eye for detail.

·         Strong interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

MBA(finance) and B.com Graduates with excellent communication skills. 2014 pass out graduates are not eligible.

Should be flexible to work in night shifts

Job Description:

·         Minimum 6month of previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required

·         Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

·         Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries

·         Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email

·         1st and 2nd line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops & PCs

·         Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team
