Responsibilities:

Independent troubleshooting within SLA
Manage Customer escalations
Implementation of Six sigma projects
Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices

Handling tickets/Requests
Ensuring Datacenter uptime according to SLAs
Implementing New technologies and Design changes
Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
Update the knowledge base
Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
Participate in monthly QA audits
Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)

CTC: 2.16 LPA for first 3 months, 2.75 LPA from 4th month onwards.

Educational Requirement:

2013 B.tech/BE in all circuit branches(CS,IT,ECE,EEE,E&I)
60% throughout in academics
No standing arrears
Willing to relocate anywhere in India/Abroad
Willing to sign a service agreement of 18 months and probation of 15 months
Willing to work in 24*7 environment
CTC: 2.16 LPA for first 3 months, 2.75 LPA from 4th month onwards.
