Placing calls to the insurance companies to obtain status of the medical bill. 
2. Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
3. Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
4. Regular Attendance.
5. Work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.
6. Apply the training knowledge to the day to day work.

Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates should possess any graduates and post graduates Other than listed below can apply.
2. Any non IT, CSE, ECE engineering streams can apply.
3. Any 3years (10th, +2 +3yrs Dip) Diploma holders can also apply.
4. Candidates with 0 to 12months experience in International/Domestic calling or AR Calling can apply.
